Friends Never Forget is a nonprofit organization that sends children of fallen U.S. military members to summer camp through their project, Operation Camp. It is important to keep in mind the name of Friends Never Forget because it works to remember the heroes that were lost, and honor their legacy by supporting their children’s futures.

The object of this internship was to incorporate the Operation Camp project into Friends Never Forget in order to make the brand overall more cohesive because previously, they have been two separate things under the same organization. I also wanted to make stickers that were explanatory of what Friends Never Forget does as an organization. Throughout my internship I have used my knowledge from class on Brand Identity to form the two concepts into a single brand which would better describe the mission that Friends Never Forget serves through its project, Operation Camp.

I created bumper stickers as well as a poster for this year’s Gold Star Ride, a motorcycle ride which supports Gold Star families. This page features the content that I’ve created for Friends Never Forget to use on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and their website. Above is the web banner I designed for their homepage. All of the illustrations, excluding the logos (both the star and the children carrying a flag), were illustrated by me.
