Absolute Pipe is a sewer cleaning and televising company which works for cities, sending robots into sewers to find blockages and removing the blockages. I had the privilege of designing their logo from scratch. I sat down with the owners of the company to discuss their brand and vision; they wanted a red, white, and blue color palette (one of the founders is a veteran) and an ‘industrial but not boring’ typeface. They also wanted to prioritize a logo that was descriptive of their business’ function so that passersby would understand what their trailers were doing in neighborhoods. I provided several variations and the client finally decided on the one below.
